In Alma del lago suites & spa we are getting ready to welcome our guests safely. We know that prevention is the best way to fight Covid -19. In order to do so we have adequated our premises and procedures for each area of the hotel, according to the current standards of health and prevention, to guarantee the safety of our guests, staff and suppliers. To accomplish this we have designed “Protocolo Alma Salud” a group of security and hygiene rules, adapted to our activity, to cope with covid -19.
The implementing of these procedures may alter the regular functioning of some services. However we are working to be able to work normally.
CUSTOMIZE COMMON AREAS
Redesigned and signalized our lobby to guarantee social distancing.
TRAINING HUMAN RESOURCES
We are training our staff to follow and make follow the protocols and rules of prevention to maximize the precautions. We have also acquired the specific elements needed to care for the health and wellness of our gests.
ON-LINE CHECK IN
To facilitate the registration process , we have modernized the admittance process. Now our guests will be able to do the check in and check out online through a PC , smartphone or another electronic dispositive.
Also all the hotel information will be available in our web site and soon also in a mobile application.
CONTACTLESS TECHNOLOGY
Guests can consult their bills and pay without even present, trough contactless technology.
SIGNALIZATION
We have placed signs with recommendations about prevention and information of officials ealth organizations that guest needs to know and practice during their stay.
This information is also displayed on monitors in our lobby.
CLEANING PROTOCOLS
We have designed an exclusive protocol for our hotel regarding cleaning and disinfection of each area, with products that are exclusive for each venue and surface area.
SPECIFIC PRODUCTS.
The cleaning and disinfecting products that we use are the recommended by “ Guide of hygiene an sanitizing” of the World health organization (WHO) specific for the Hotelier sector.
LINEN CLEANING
We have adapted laundry process to assure that all the linen accomplish the cleaning that guarantee their disinfecting.
HANDS ALWAYS CLEAN
All the public areas have a dispenser with sanitizing with alcohol for hands hygiene
GASTRONOMIC SERVICES.
In our restaurants, we have redesigned the disposition of tables to guarantee social distancing. We also have set new protocols for food manipulation ,manufacturing, food service and guest attention following the rules of hygiene and safety.
WAITING ROOMS
All the check out rooms, starting the out day will be hold for 30 hours after been cleaned and disinfected before to be set for use again.
